After checking, he suggest changing to insulated garage door and lift master garage door belt driven. Lift master brand are only supply by contractor, not by sear or Home depot. The price is very reasonable compare to what other contractor request. He didn't even charge us for coming and give us a free estimation.

Yorba Linda Garage Doors and Gates was excellent. John responded to my 1:30 pm call by telling me he could have Tom at my house between 3-5 pm to give me an estimate for putting in 2 new garage door openers. Because of traffic, Tom was a little late, but he called to tell me he would be a little late, and when he came, I was surprised that not only was Tom prepared to give me an estimate, but he was ready to start the job immediately! And so he did! Tom was friendly and diligent, and when he discovered that a part was missing from one of the boxes, he very kindly told me I could return it to Home Depot, and he would work on the other door. He was very patient. When I called to tell him it might take me a little longer to get to Home Depot because of traffic, he very kindly told me not to worry about it, that he would wait for me to return. His work was top notch and professional. I also found their prices competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or strangers
