I have a LiftMaster Garage Door Opener installed in 2023 that continues to experience intermittent issues with closing (yellow lights flash 6 times, and occasionally the green LED flashes). I see no obstructions, and the green sensor is not blinking. Sometimes it works fine, but usually I need to hold the remote switch down to get it to close all the way .... I hate this thing after having a Genie that worked fine for about 20 years. Can you help?

Hello. I have a Liftmaster garage door opener that I need to have connected to a keypad. There's an existing keypad at the garage door entry, and I would like to know if that can be used. Also been having some issues with the garage door remotes, where they may open the door, but then it won't close. The remotes have been programmed per the instruction manual.

John - The existing keypad can be programmed with the LiftMaster as long as it's compatible. The issue with the remotes appears to be a sensor problem. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to set up an appointment.
