Objective of Accessibility

Actions

We're taking seriously a wide range of actions and deploying resources to further enhance the accessibility of our site(s) and other technology. Examples include:

1. Working with our technology team in order to audit our technology, measuring our website and other technology against WCAG2.0/2.1AA standards for items such as text-equivalent of non-text elements, etc.

2. Enhancing keyboard navigation

3. Embedding captions in video content

4. Testing our website and other technology on a regular basis

5. Offering alternative methods of doing business and communicating with us, for instance, through telephone communications

6. Seeking feedback and ideas on how to enhance accessibility

7. Providing accessibility training to our staff

8. Working with our third-party technology partners to make third party components in our technology ecosystem more accessible

9. Even though we are extremely satisfied with our completed and current accessibility work, we view accessibility as an ongoing effort and will continue to commit resources in order to attain the widest possible degree of accessibility.
