This morning when I was ready to leave for work, I tried to open my garage door when I heard a loud BOOM. Sure enough, somehow the spring broke and I was unable to get my car out to get to work. I called Laguna Niguel Garage Doors because they had a high rating on the yelp page. 

I will tell you those people deserve that rating. As soon as I called and explained to Linda what was going on and my urgency to get to my office, she dispatched Jonathan to my home, he was there in 30 minutes.

He finished quickly and did a clean job and I wrote him a check and was on my way to work.

When I came home from work yesterday, my garage door would not open. I was not able to enter my home because we use our door as the entrance to our home.

After sitting in my driveway with my smartphone googling a repair company, I got ahold of Laguna Niguel Garage Door Repair.

John arrived at my home soon after my call. He got the door opened and my cables had snapped and wrapped around the springs! John had all the parts on his truck and replaced my cables and springs. He also went through the entire system and checked everything else.
