I called Costa Mesa Garage Doors on a Saturday afternoon needing to replace my failed garage door opener. I'm generally a do-it-yourselfer because I rarely can find someone who'll do a job the way I want it done. Tom was willing to just sell me the opener I wanted, but with a fair installed price and the ability to fit me into the last appointment of the day, I decided to let Costa Mesa do the installation for me. Both Tom and John worked on the installation, tuning up my door and springs and installing my new opener. John turned out to be a real craftsman. This was no "slap up some brackets, connect some wires, and call it good" effort. John fabricated brackets for a customized and professional look that exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was excellent, taking the time to make sure everything was straight and level. The man even used his level to make sure my remote keypad was mounted perfectly straight. Wires were run straight and chords were coiled and bound neatly...everything was done the way I'd do it if I was doing it myself. And that's hard to find these days. I'm gladly recommending Costa Mesa Garage Doors, and I'll be calling them back for my future garage door needs.
